Get started with CUJ Git

CUJ Git is where your projects are kept, privately, inside CUJ. You don't have to learn how it works: your AI app does the technical part. You copy one text into it, and it sets everything up.

Paste it into your AI app

  1. Open your AI app (for example Claude Code) and start a new chat.
  2. Paste the text (Cmd+V on a Mac, Ctrl+V on Windows) and press Enter.
  3. If the app asks for permission to do things on your computer, allow it.

The app installs what's needed and connects your computer to CUJ Git. It takes a few minutes. Afterwards you can just ask it things like “save this project to CUJ Git”. Setting up another computer? Do the same there.

Don't have an AI app yet?

You need an app installed on your computer. The chat websites (claude.ai, chatgpt.com, gemini.google.com) can't do this, because they can't work on your computer. Any of these can:

Claude The Claude desktop app, in its Code tab. Needs a paid Claude plan. ChatGPT OpenAI's Codex app. Sign in with your ChatGPT account. Gemini Google's Gemini CLI or Antigravity app. Sign in with your Google account. Open source OpenCode or Goose. Can use an AI model on your own computer, so sensitive material never leaves it.
